At Powertec, we stand behind the durability and performance of our strength equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Disassemble the equipment and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, plates, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized freight carrier location or schedule a curbside pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
