What is the typical shipping timeframe for heavy equipment?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the weight and size of our professional-grade equipment, delivery via freight typically takes 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we partner with nationwide assembly experts. You can select the 'Professional Assembly' option at checkout, and a certified technician will be scheduled to build your equipment once it arrives.
What is the warranty coverage on Powertec machines?
We stand by our quality. All Powertec strength equipment comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame, a 3-year warranty on component parts, and a 1-year warranty on pads and grips.
Can I return my equipment if it doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Are the weight plates included with the leverage machines?
To allow for customization, our machines are sold as standalone units. Weight plates and Olympic bars can be purchased separately in our 'Accessories' section.
